Sebevědomí dělat velké věci

This is the kind of business where it’s as much about quarterly growth as it is about having a nice Christmas dinner. Our goal is to explore how to find the perfect balance between the two worlds. Our partner for this experience is William R. Lobkowicz, who happens to be part of one of the oldest family businesses in Europe.

How does it work?

  • It all starts with the right question. The bigger and more personal the question, the better. Questions are the ultimate currency here, and they will take you to Mars. What’s your question about the family business?
  • The major attraction is that we turn selected questions into plays. Everyone is invited to design a play, cast characters, and express themselves. It's not about acting or performing; it's about self-expression.
  • This is what people come for: to expand their perspectives and views. It happens after every play through the simple act of sharing. What have you seen? What have you felt? Have you found a unique perspective you would like to bring back to Earth?

    Rules of Mars

    • This experience offers complete freedom of expression. It's essentially a tear in reality, where you can ask anything, create everything, act, direct, and play. Nobody will judge you here. Enjoy it to the fullest!
    • With great freedom comes great responsibility. Always remember to safeguard your boundaries. Don't hesitate to decline any idea, direction, or role that makes you uncomfortable. Seek support when needed, whether it's encouragement, a joke, or whatever else you may require.
    • No alcohol or any other 'mind-altering' substances are allowed during the experience. All you need to get high is to immerse yourself in play.
    • Dress comfortably in any clothing you deem suitable for play. If you show up in a pink dinosaur costume (it happened), we'll love it.
    • This is not a performance. There is no audience. You do it all for you. The self-expression is completely up to you. You can be silent, sing an opera, dance, recite, mumble, or just speak human. Play to play!
    • Lot of things happen on Mars. Lot of emotions, ideas, insights and perspectives. What doesn't happen on Mars is the universal truth. We come to expand our individual perspectives. We leave, each one of us, with our own truth.
    • We sometimes take photos to share with our community. You're also welcome to take photos if you find something very appealing and want to remember it. If you're uncomfortable with others taking photos of you, let us know, and we'll make sure you are excluded from any audio-visual material.
    • What happens on Mars, stays on Mars. We are here to play, explore, and push boundaries—together. That means trust is essential. What we create, share, and experience stays within this space. If there’s something you fear, or something you’d rather keep private, speak up. This is a space of respect, safety, and openness.
    • Not every question will become a play — we simply won’t have time for them all. But everyone will get a chance to pitch their question and rally the group to make it happen. We’ll create a simple sorting play where the group decides what to explore and in what order. It’s part of the magic — shared curiosity, bold choices, and unexpected directions.
    • It is important to be on time. The introduction and the 'pre-departure to Mars briefing' are essential parts of the experience.

    Music on Mars

    • Add your tunes!

This is a highly collaborative experience that uses many artistic elements to inspire self-expression and voluntary play: theatrical stage, visual simulation, and of course, great music. Here is an open-sourced playlist that you can play with, add to, and inspire all of us.
