Meeting on Mars
The Process
Or as they call them on Earth, the meeting leader, calls the team and sets the intention. Everyone receives a landing page, which explains the intent and introduces the concept of Stage on Mars. This page serves as an invitation to participate. To participate, it is mandatory to submit a question that addresses the intent. One voice at a time on stage; perspectives are shared, listened to, and exchanged. If chosen, a key question transforms into a systemic play on stage. The meeting closes with clarity, and the captain decides how insights are kept.
Every meeting needs a proper stage

Take your team to Mars!
Meeting Rules
Every participant has a voice and an equal chance to be heard. No one is above or below the others. Only one person speaks from the stage at a time. Others listen fully and wait their turn. Speak to the system, the question, and its context, never against another person. Work for what moves everyone forward, not just what serves the individual. Your words are yours. What you say shapes what happens next. At any moment, a question can become a play, allowing it to be explored beyond words.
